Shaped by working-class roots, Hazel was immersed in the arts from a young age. Her professional path began after training at London’s Rose Bruford College, stepping into the industry at the height of the pandemic.

She has since had the privilege of performing alongside artists such as Tomi May, Rina Lipa, Johnny Weldon, Jack Bence, and Tony Cook.

DIRECTOR:

Hazel is an emerging writer and director who brings a perspective shaped by a background in global campaign management and production. She is now focused on developing her own voice as a storyteller, with bold and challenging subject matter.

Her first short film, Sweetie, is currently in post-production, with a hopeful festival release in 2026.
